On 2026-02-21, at 13:44 local time, an ML=4.3 earthquake occurred in Slovakia, close to the border with Hungary, approximately 17 km northeast of Mosonmagyaróvár. The quake was also felt by the public.
During the day, numerous aftershocks have been detected, two of them were felt by the public: at 18:44 local time (ML=2.5) and at 21:17 local time (ML=2.5).
